Scoop! Ice Cream - Warrington

This establishment desperately needs to be closed and renovated! The dining area is filthy, with dirty utensils, cobwebs covering the windows, broken tiles on the floor, and the customer restroom is a complete disgrace.

I work in Golden Square as a store manager and have many times bought my lunch from Scoop to take back to work. Have just been into place an order and was accused of trying to steal a sachet of salt and pepper by the man working there.? !He was rude and aggressive saying what do you think you are doing ,those are for paying customers you can 't just come in and take one! Well I was a customer and I was about to place an order but I went elsewhere and will continue to do so in future. Disgusting attitude you have lost my custom.

The staff's attitude was very poor - not at all welcoming or helpful. When I asked for a table to be cleaned, it felt like I was asking for the Crown Jewels. The paninis arrived only slightly warm and were tasteless, and did not provide good value. I had to ask for the soup, and was told it was on its way; however, by the time it arrived, I had already finished my panini. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Came with a group of friends.We waited too long for our sandwiches and most of the order was wrong. When staff were asked to rectify they said they were too busy as had had a delivery, they were rude and unhelpful, we eventually got served and they still got the orders wrong. We will never visiting there again.

My daughter was in town with her baby who needed to be fed. She stopped at Scoop and asked the lady if she would kindly warm up the bottle for her. She refused to do so unless she bought something! I am absolutely disgusted at this. This was a hungry baby who needed to be fed and she refused to help? No use pphoning to complain as her voicemail is constantly full probably with all the complaints she receives!
