This is not your typical food cart. The food is tasty, the bowls are in large portions, and there's just enough of everything to make you want more. I had the Uncle Tut bowl and the shrimp had a delectable seasoning, and was not overdone (bonus points for no shells or tails to rip off), the rice and steak were awesome. The balance of cilantro to beans and rice was perfect and the plantains and cheese are a perfect side.
