I like food trucks, this taste of nicaragua was tasteful and affordable. many parking spaces.

This is not your typical food cart. The food is tasty, the bowls are in large portions, and there's just enough of everything to make you want more. I had the Uncle Tut bowl and the shrimp had a delectable seasoning, and was not overdone (bonus points for no shells or tails to rip off), the rice and steak were awesome. The balance of cilantro to beans and rice was perfect and the plantains and cheese are a perfect side.

When handling food don't place finger in ear and then handle food.

We were staying at the nearby KOA and wanted a tasty, healthy and economical meal. That’s exactly what we got, along with super friendly service.

I thought the asada tacos were excellent. Generous portion as well. The lady was also friendly. Being from south Texas I'm picky about tacos... I went back again that same day for more. 2 thumbs up!
