Sweet Frog - Warrenton

The restaurant did not open on time! I waited outside where an employee could see me, hoping he'd come to open the door. I have places to go, after all! It was frustrating! Edit: I found out that the website is incorrect; they actually don't open until 12 on Saturdays. They really need to put up signs on the building indicating their opening and closing hours.

I visited today and found that two of my favorite flavors were unavailable. The cashier wasn't very friendly, and it seems that this location has significantly higher prices compared to the one in Manassas.

I was disappointed with the service priorities during my recent visit. I arrived just before closing time, and while I acknowledge that I could have come earlier, we didn’t know when they closed. The door was unlocked and I saw others outside enjoying their fro-yo. We attempted to call multiple times to get someone to assist us with cups, but received no response. All the toppings were still available, yet at exactly eight o'clock, the girl behind the counter came out to inform us they were closed and had put covers on the toppings, so we could no longer get anything. While it may not seem like a big deal, it’s frustrating to see a lack of willingness to extend just five more minutes of service. Having worked in service roles and managed others in the industry, I wouldn’t be angry with that employee, but I would certainly feel let down. I suggest that if you’re not planning to serve anymore, it would be better to lock the door.

I absolutely love frozen yogurt! I've had to restrain myself from picking the largest container, although I don't mind enjoying half and saving the rest for the next day. The flavors are delicious (especially the strawberry and mint), and there are always a wide variety of toppings available. You really can't go wrong!

**Caution:** The management at this location leaves much to be desired. They serve expired products, which is simply unacceptable in the U.S. There are plenty of other locations where you can find better service and higher quality products. I regret visiting this place and won't be returning. Proceed with caution!
