Moe's Southwest Grill - Warrenton

We’ve visited this Moe's before, and our experience has been just average. I'm not particularly fond of their food, as I find it a bit lacking in flavor, but the "kids eat free" deal on Sundays keeps us coming back. The portion sizes are generous, and the complimentary chips and salsa are a nice addition. However, this specific location always seems to be out of something—whether it's kids' cups, certain soda machine syrups, or in today’s case, there were no cookies available for the kids’ meals. The cleanliness of the restaurant also leaves something to be desired; the salsa bar and condiments are often chaotic, tables need cleaning, and there are random items left behind on tables such as a clipboard, a box, and rolled-up floor mats. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’m not sure if they need additional help to address these issues or if management is simply not paying attention. We will probably return as long as the Sunday free kids' meals continue, but otherwise, I likely wouldn't choose to come back.

I've always appreciated the food and chips at this restaurant, but I recently learned that they now close at 8 PM. This is quite inconvenient for those of us who work later shifts, which means I may need to consider dining elsewhere. Furthermore, after a few more visits, I'm starting to question their hiring standards; it appears that customer service is not a priority at all!

I ordered a burrito, but received a burrito bowl instead. I had specifically requested white chicken, but they gave me adobo chicken instead. Everything else was correct, but the chicken wasn't what I asked for, and there was no tortilla included.

The service was impressively fast, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly! It was clear that the employees took pleasure in their work atmosphere and appreciated their colleagues. The customer service was superb—I felt welcomed instead of being a bother, which is often the norm at fast food restaurants. Additionally, the restaurant was immaculate, and the food was delicious!

The burritos at Pretty Nom are not only huge but also extremely satisfying. The quesadillas are delicious too. If you're driving a larger vehicle, such as a truck or SUV, I suggest steering clear of the drive-thru due to the narrow turn and sharp curbs. Going inside is a much more relaxed choice than the risk of getting a flat tire!
