Ordered a chocolate cakes on the app at 9:30. According to the app, my order was supposed to be done at 10. I got there at 10:15 purposely because I know this location takes long with orders, and I didn’t feel like waiting. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food to get done (while everybody else got theirs) I would’ve completely understood if they were busy, but no.. they just lost my order ticket. By the time I got my order I was ready to go, got home and noticed I didn’t get ice cream or the chocolate sauce I paid for. I’m done with this location.
