7-eleven - Warrendale

I have been a regular at this 7-11 for years, but my experience today with the woman at the register was quite disappointing. I understand she might have felt frustrated with the line of customers, but that doesn't justify her negative attitude towards me when I asked for food. To make matters worse, she threw the items after retrieving them. It's clear that she could benefit from some customer service training. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my visit.

The elderly gentleman working the night shift didn't wear his mask and almost bumped into me while I was getting a fountain drink. He sneezed, and it genuinely scared me. I almost rushed out of there!

I stop by here every day to grab my drinks for work. The staff are always kind and respectful, and they offer great lunch snacks too!

Was just at this 711 30 mins ago via bad Uber experience and your employee was the nicest kindest soul ever.

The bald guy with the beard is the only friendly and helpful employee who asked if I wanted to use my 7-Eleven Rewards. I just spent $12 on two slices of pizza and six wings, and I think I misunderstood the deal or what I was actually getting. The other employees don’t seem interested in explaining things; they just want to rush you out of the store. Plus, they don’t give me my receipts, so I can't double-check my order. Unfortunately, half of the wings ended up in the trash.
