The Original Noble Roman's

Wow. Haven't dined inside for a really long time but I will definitely dine in more often! My friend and I visited Saturday around noon.I have been going to this restaurant since the 80's !When we walked in and went to the counter to order we were greeted with 3 smiling faces. One gentleman (JRU) or pronounced (Drew) ask if there was anything he could do for me when I looked at the salad bar and I said .....well I cannot eat much Iceberg lettuce only Romaine and he went back and in 5 minutes he had prepared a huge plate of Romaine lettuce for me.I haven't received this kind of service anywhere and might I mention the salad bar is absolutely AWESOME !! Everything u would want and fresh as can be is there.The restaurant is the absolute best and food is also prepared well.I am old school and service is everything to me and give it 10 Stars !!! ??Oh forgot to mention also how clean the restaurant is and very well kept it is.....See you all again soon ...thank u again JRU.?

Our waitress was awesome and on top of it, despite being the only one in a packed dining room. The pizza was awesome and steaming hot. The juke box was ROCKING, and the counter staff was very friendly patient. I wish I had remembered the waitress' name. She was younger, petite, with a small arm tattoo. She was personable and had a great sense of humor. Props to her! That's what everyone should experience when they visit. We can't wait to come back. BRING BACK THE MONSTER MASCOT!! ???

I think the 1 star reviews are from people who ate at another Noble Romans, but the West 10th street location near Ben Davis High School is the best! My family has frequented this establishment for around 40 years and is family owned, thus not part of the franchise. The Sicilian pizza has the best caramelized crust I've ever tasted, salad bar was always fresh and stocked.This specific Noble Romans is the best, do NOT go to any other location.

1st time here in over a decade. Decided to go here because it was convenient for myself kids. Loved the Salad Bar breadsticks very delicious. Although the pizza we received was NOT done. It fell completely apart when I picked it up and it tasted like dough. I spoke with a manager and asked how long do they cook the pizza. He says about 10-12mins and I replied I think it should be cooked longer to be considered done. He followed with I could’ve asked for well done and I responded that wasn’t an option given to me from the young lady who took my order. Anyways the manager handled the situation VERY WELL and gave me a refund and apologized. I greatly appreciate that and will give them another shot and ask for a WELL DONE PIZZA.
