Ruth's Chris Steak House - Warren Park

I took my wife to Ruth's for our anniversary dinner and everything was spectacular. Our server Kendra did an amazing job and I would recommend Ruth's as well as Kendra to anyone!

Have a great experience every time me and my family come for dinner, service is amazing very attractive to us and food is always on pointe never have any bad experiences and the outside sitting has very nice ambiance for summer time overall best restaurant.

We had Mothers Day brunch on the outside seating. Service by Jeffery was friendly and attentive. Food was a hit and miss for my meal. Apparently the recipe for the lobster bisque has recently changed and not that the current lobster bisque wasn't bad just the previous version was better. My filet was not quite the standard for Ruth's Chris.

From canceling my reservation 1:45 minutes before I was to arrive, Then after a call to the manager I was assured all would be fine when I arrived, Then by asking how many in my party when arrived completely messing up my surprise birthday dinner for my wife as then she knew we weren't alone ?, Then finding a hair in my mushrooms ?‍? I was told it was from the crab legs ?Having to ask for refills on drinks , The bar wasn't half full so wasn't like they were busy. 6pm on a Wednesday night To the manager not taking responsibility. We had never been here before. Needless to say we probably won't be back. Way over priced for our experience. Should have chosen St.Elmos ?

Jeff the server 5* . Food wonderful. More than one person made sure everything was good. We will be back.
