Their tarter sauce is very flavourful and could be added to the works roll. The sandwich was huge! There is plenty of meat on it. I wanted extra truffle sauce and was told a dipping cup of it was $10. I will definitely be getting this sandwich again, but I will ask for tarter sauce and more melted butter on the side. I would also add a lemon twist to it. Beautiful atmosphere inside of the bottle works building. Husband loved his shrimp basket. Shrimp was seasoned and good portion. Our food with drinks came out to he around $75Parking: 1-3hrs cost $6 for parking
Service was prompt, food hall atmosphere is great, and I loved my Lobster Roll. (Order it cold, so much better that way!)I see some hate discontent in the reviews about price but seriously my $26 lobster roll for amount of lobster loaded on was well worth it. It was tasty delicious and the lobster really shines. Plus, let me assure you from having to travel at work and Lobster Rolls being a favorite that prices are pretty much the same if not more back east right by the source! No joke! It was quality seafood and looking forward to when can come back. Thanks for a lovely lunch and a tasty treat J’s.Vegetarian options: Chopped salad available or could mod some things to not have bacon. Plus, being in a food hall there is vegetarian options right next door, same venue. Enjoy!Kid-friendliness: Lots to see (fun decor, tools, machines, car decor) and so many options there is going to be something they will likeWheelchair accessibility: Ramps, single floor, accessible tables
The lobster did not taste fresh, it was dry there was way too much seasoning. They also added a $14.00 tip to the bill for counter service (we will not be going back) Total Bummer!
Ordered $24 lobster roll at the food truck and it had barley any meat. Maybe 5 bites of lobster. The steamed roll was just a piece of soft bread. Served on a bed of generic tasting barbecue and plain chipsVery disappointing for the price
I've walked by J's Lobster Fish Market for years now and haven't stopped in yet I decided I would finally and boy I was glad I did! I had a special that afternoon, a lobster and grilled cheese with chips and coleslaw. There were huge chunks in it and the cheese melted, it soften the grilled bread. Service was quick for a busy afternoon. Definitely will be back!
