Wendy's - Warren

I stopped by the other night to grab a quick burger on my way home. It was around 7:30 PM, so I figured the dinner rush would be over. However, the line was wrapped around the building. It took 45 minutes to place my order and receive my food—not because it was busy, but because there seemed to be no sense of urgency among the staff. Most of the employees I saw appeared to be quite young, which made me wonder about their training. I couldn't help but chuckle at the situation. For most of the 45 minutes I waited, I found myself parked in front of a banner advertising $15 per hour plus a $100 hiring bonus. Perhaps instead of focusing on recruitment, the owners should prioritize improving customer service. The staff need to understand that when there is a line of customers, they should work faster. Customer service should come first. This was my third visit to this particular Wendy's, and I experienced exceptionally long wait times for my food each time. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon!

The restaurant opens in the morning at 6:30 a.m., and there’s a large sign indicating that the room is open. However, the dining room itself doesn’t open until 9:00 a.m. If your vehicle is too large to fit in the drive-thru, you’re out of luck. It's worth a stop if you have some time to spare.

The personal was young and playful, but what can they expect? I have eaten and chilled before the films. I walked in, had to wait until the staff laugh to end before I gave my order. Eat came fast, but eating was not very delicious. probably why I don't usually eat there. food: 3/5

I went there to get the breakfast special bacon egg and cheese croissant and spiced kartoffels and after waiting 17 minutes I got my food. when I had to eat my breakfast, I had a simple egg and mayo croissant and fön. not what I ordered at all. very disappointed food: 1/5

I waited in line for 25 minutes finally got to the speaker to order then waited at the second window for another 10 minutes while there were about 6 people standing around doing nothing then i get my food and the fries are cold. To make it even better the workers never spoke to me. Awful customer service to sum it up.
