Taco Bell - Warren

I ordered on line Saturday night 11:30pm. I paid in full on line. I went to drive thru to pick up my order btw I checked the box to pick up in drive thru). No body was in line behind me. They would not give me my order in the drive thru. They told me to come inside or leave. I said it was too late I was not coming inside they told me to F o and then I left without my order and without a refund. They immediately process my order on line as though I picked it up. Terrible Humans!!

I wish I could get them 0 stars very unprofessional tasha closed the lobby one and a half early with people still inside and was very rude about it. Why have store hours posted if you can't prove service during posted time? Then they said drive only ? to make people wait in a long line when they get to the order they said they are not taking any more order I'm like you can't be serious. Never spending money with taco hell

This situation was the best at a time. I wish I could say that. there always seems to be something going on here. there were several paintings that they say that they are closed due to personalization (hmm, they pay their people and they get personal). they once said they could only do hard and soft tacos because short personal or limited to 5 items or less. another time they said that they could not make orders in this time, but 4 people were out to smoke (I am also a smoker, but it will never get into the way of my work). Today they have said they only take online orders, scar-hub or over eat order. I strongly advise them not to waste their time with this place. they are much better on the go a few miles to another place that will actually serve them!

Missing food. 2 of 3 articles. the staff didn't answer the phone when I wanted to call. I wanted to go back to get a refund, and even though they told me that they couldn't answer the phone because they were in a hurry they were all standing around to laugh at nothing in the round as they don't know who got my right food. they will never command directly at this place. I try to give them the advantage of the doubt that mistakes happen, but mistakes happen more often than not at this place. They save their money on the overpriced Taco bell food and inappropriate employees and go somewhere else.

20. juli about 15 clock, the girl in the drive-thru window. excellent customer service. long line. it didn't seem so much personal in it. they gave friendly service with a smile! preserves an increase! the temperature and taste of the food was great. an article was missing in our mobile order. I wait back and got it without problems. thank you!
