Subway - Warren

The staff was attentive, speedy, and extremely courteous, always serving with a smile.

I recently tried a pizza from this Subway location. The pizza had a thick crust, delicious sauce, and was topped with shredded cheese. I enjoyed it so much that I took half of it home and reheated it later, and it was just as good the second time around.

Horrible location! I had never experienced any issues here until now. I attempted to place an order through the app and received an error message stating it was not successful. However, I was still charged days later. The owner claimed ignorance and denied being at the store when I inquired about the issue. When requesting a refund, she suddenly spoke perfect English and adamantly refused. Proceed with caution when ordering from this establishment and beware of the owner's dishonest tactics.

I'm not a fan of Subway sandwiches, but I appreciate that the store is clean and the staff is friendly.

The service was quick, taking only 6 minutes from ordering to paying for the sandwich. The menu offers the typical selection of subs and sides that can be found at other Subway locations.
