Bad customer service The lady who works there she’s have a very bad attitude her name Ahlam she over charge

We bought charcoal Chicken and after we got home we discovered ot qas all burned, we called and complained we weren't even offered a refund, it's not even worth the money but the fact give a customer a burn food is ridiculous.

I like the food they make. Potato chop ? is the way my mom use to make . I love the two mean ladies in front reminds me of my aunts.
