We had a wonderful evening with our family at this restaurant! The pizza is always cooked to perfection - a little crispy, just the way we like it!

I had the steak sandwich at this restaurant and it was just as good as any other I've had, including Sax's in East Providence. What makes it even better is that on Thursdays, if you use the code 6817, you get 30% off everything. I only paid $6 for a large steak sandwich.

Every now and then, I like to order a large cheese pizza from Papa Gino's and it never disappoints! I've heard their sandwiches are good too, but I always stick with the pizza because it's so delicious. The prices can be a bit high, but it's usually worth it. I highly recommend trying them out!

I ordered some food for a patriots game and had it delivered. The food was delivered via Doordash and came in a reasonable amount of time, however they forgot to put my salad in the bag, and I didn't get it. I called about the salad and had to gopick it up. I asked if they price of the salad could be refunded since the whole reason I spent an extra 15 dollars on the foodwas because I wanted it delivered. I was told they could only refund the tip. Yes, they wanted to take the money from thedoordash worker even though it was papa ginos that messed up. I obviously declined, but It's safe to say I won't order deliveryfrom them again. Though to be fair, the food was still good. EDIT: Reached out and their customer service refunded the saladand delivery fee as well as gave me a credit towards a future order. Was also told management will know how to handle situationslike these better in the future. Thank you.
