Leo's Coney Island - Warren

Gave me a quesadilla w/no cheese. Manager told me to bring back the food for a refund. Trouble is I'm already at work DOWNTOWN! so can't bring food back until after work. Meanwhile, what am I to do for lunch now? Manager gave zero f's and offered me absolutely nothing for this huge inconvenience.

Food is always great, I go there all the time and have liked every single server over the years. The environment just makes you feel like you're at home because it's so chill so I definitely recommend. Plus most Coney restaurants don't have saganaki lol but Leo's does?

Had to stand quite awhile, finally seated myself. I know it is hard to get servers. I understand. Wanted some good onion rings and got them!!!

8-21-23. At 9pm. Walked in to a waitress sitting at a table in a closed section. Sat down and waited for 10 to 15 minutes to be waited on while we listened to the waitress talk to the cook for that whole time. We are regulars to this place, but we are rethinking that now. Tried to get the staffs attention but it didn't work. I called the restaurant and the waitress that ignored us answered. I informed her of this issue and how horrible the service is. You lost a customer.

Went last night with my grandparents and it was a bad experience for a Coney Island. Waitress talked down towards both of my grandparents when asking about senior meals. A woman who I assume is the manager (Anne) kept making remarks about my grandparents wanting to inquire about senior meal calling them “cheap” even after that when the food came out it was not good! I have never had rice pudding that is sour! Never will eat at this location again very inconsistent and bad service.
