Dunkin' - Warren

I honestly don't understand why I keep coming to this Dunkin'. The staff is consistently rude, my food and drinks are almost always incorrect, and everything seems to be burnt. When I try to explain that my coffee was made incorrectly, they just become even more disrespectful and give me attitude. I've heard from corporate that they receive nothing but complaints about this location, and when I call to share my experiences, it doesn't seem to help. They either need to completely revamp their staff or consider closing this location for good.

Everything I go to this dunkin donuts they mess up my order and today I ordered two of the same thing how the hell do you mess up the same damn coffee

Just came across the most RUDE employee I’ve ever dealt with in any fast food establishment in my life. after waiting in like for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment of me being at the drive thru. I’m a frequent Dunkin customer and know promotions through the app change monthly. When I inquired about a current promotion, she said “idk what you’re talking about you might just have to pull to the window.” I proceeded to just order what I wanted and was willing to pay full price because I didn’t want to wait any longer. I tried to order a sausage egg and cheese croissant but was told she didn’t have croissants. Alright.. tried to order something else, was told she didn’t have another ingredient so “try again”. I said so what DO you have available? She proceeded to say “I mean i was about to tell you before you got an attitude” then proceeded to tell me to just “pull off im not doing this”. I’m livid and expect to be contacted by corporate in regards ti the unprofessionalism displayed by your incompetent staff.

Great coffee, and the employees on the midnight shift are always very friendly and helpful

I go there every day and get two sweet teas with granulated sugar in each instead of liquid sugar morning and afternoon are constantly getting it wrong and then they make remarks after I tell them it is wrong they are constantly messing around listening to loud music it's totally ridiculous I went in there today June 18 around 7:15 p.m. ask for my regular order and they barely put any sugar in it at all and it does not taste like tea if I go in there after 10:00 the blonde haired chick always gets my order right never messes it up very friendly never rude she needs to be there for every shift
