The staff is friendly but most of the time I find myself waiting in the Drive-Thru line a lot. Even when there are no customers ordering and I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru I am still sitting in my car 5 to 10 minutes for One singular drink. I shouldn't have to feel the need to put my car in park and shut off the engine just to wait. Also don't even bother trying to do mobile orders here, at least for me I never get service when I'm in Warren. And I'm not going to place a mobile order in another town before I get there. Seems to be this location Jude can’t get it right.. between management not training and a decent amount of employees who could care less this location just needs to be closed. You’ll have a line out the door but 3 workers stand outside smokin away it’s terrible! WestBrookfield Dunkin’s may cost more but what they do in 5 minutes would take the warren location all week! Who puts 5 donuts of all different kinds in 1 bag??!!! Better yet who puts chocolate donuts upside down in a bag??!!!
