Dunkin' - Warren

This is undoubtedly the slowest Dunkin' I've ever been to. Every time I visit, there's a line of at least 20 cars, and it hardly moves.

This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I've ever had. We ordered a signature pumpkin spice latte and a pumpkin cold brew, the two items advertised on the menu. However, when we received our drinks, both had caramel in them, and the cold brew didn't even come with the cold foam as shown in the pictures. The latte was far from being the signature version we ordered. When we brought this to their attention, the staff member was very rude and didn't bother to apologize. Instead, she just snatched the cup out of my hand.

The woman working the drive-thru, Ashlynn, was very friendly and quite attractive. She definitely brightened my morning!

It says open until 11. But at 9 pm all ovens are down for cleaning. I 've worked in food service so I specifically don 't go anywhere within an hour of close out of respect for employees so it 's an extra smack in the face. Walk in, hear the girl sayshe 's not able to do the refund so she 's calling people, then she turned around not knowing I heard and tried to get me to leavewithout a refund receipt. Um, no? Then I 'm given the original purchase receipt and told that 's all I can have. Doesn 't sayrefund anywhere. That 's all I can give you. I insist because no, that 's a sales receipt and says refund nowhere. So then Iget a refund receipt which is $7 less. I ask why, get yelled at again that it 's for the difference in the munchkins. I didn 'tget the munchkins! I told you before that I didn 't want them from here, I would go to another location! Then she realizesshe 's out of them and can 't even give me that. Well, I can give you a refund for the munchkins but that 's it. That 's all I 'masking for! Why is this an argument? Why are you yelling at me? So she throws her headset and tells the other person on staffshe 'll help them in a minute. I had to have my husband take over because I was ready to cry. If you 're so stressed you 'reyelling at customers like that, you need to leave. For a break, for another field, that 's up to you. You never know who hassuffered emotional trauma in their life who is going to be hurt by your yelling.

Gave me a Blueberry donut instead of pumpkin like I asked for. Also 3/4 tines I get the wrong additions to my coffee. I get mocha and whipped cream on my frozen and this is the 3rd time it came pumpkin from this location so currently drowning innutmeg.
