Zamzam Mediterranean Grill Hookah

This was my first experience at a Mediterranean restaurant, and it was fantastic! We ordered Turkish coffee, the Kabob Sampler, and the Kufta Kabob. Everything was delicious, the portion sizes were generous, and our waiter offered excellent recommendations. I don’t have much more to compare it to just yet, but I plan to keep this updated as I explore ZamZam's and other Mediterranean restaurants in the future!

I live in Tulsa, but I’m willing to travel two hours for the amazing food at Zam Zam. On my first visit, I ordered the Kabob, Fatoosh, Baba Ghanoush, and Hummus for dinner (I forgot to take photos, but I absolutely loved it!). I also enjoyed their Turkish Coffee and the incredible Knafeh. I made another trip recently and got a Mint Lemonade to-go, along with three Knafehs just for myself. They were to die for! I visited this restaurant for lunch on a weekend. The interior is nice and clean, and it operates on a ‘seat yourself’ basis. The server was very friendly and attentive. The menus are accessed via QR codes. I ordered the spicy potatoes as an appetizer, along with a chicken shawarma wrap and hummus for my main course, while my spouse chose the beef kufta wrap and French fries. The spicy potatoes were decent, but they came with a lot of sauce, making it difficult to tell if they were actually fried. The sauce was quite heavy on the vinegar, so if that's not your preference, you might want to consider another option.

My wife and I ate here for dinner this Friday evening for the first time and it was incredible. Being ex-chefs, we?re very observant and critical. The staff were kind, courteous and attentive. The interior is very clean, appropriately decorated for this type of cuisine and has a separate seating area for those that enjoy hookah. Relaxing music. I was even greeted by an older gentleman who appeared to be watching over the restaurant as if it were his own. As for the food,

We travel with my husband all around USA. We always eat in halal restaurants. I can say that it was not a delicious dinner. We ate lamb chops, hummus, fries and Greek salad. Greek salad is the worst thing. Meat was almost raw. Hummus and fries are good enough. The glass was dirty. We went to another halal restaurant because of this. So we waisted our money in ZamZam.
