Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I went to the first Macas that opened, in all this time this would rate as worst service. Tables wipe down half job with a dirty cloth, staff talking while we waited at the counter for 10minutes. Food order wrong, some cold some far to...hot, and assembly of classic burger, very amature like. We went cause it was late, but next time I'll drive to the next Macas Yes it was a unique experience, it was my first bad experience with Macas I've had in 40years

I visit this McDonald's almost daily to grab a coffee and occasionally other items through the drive-thru. My order is always accurate, the service is friendly and efficient.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant while using the drive-thru. The staff member gave me a hard time when I tried to get my order, and then lectured me on the correct way to request a replacement order. I pointed out that the staff should have known not to serve defrosted, frozen ICEE drinks. As I was driving away, a staff member made a rude gesture towards me. After waiting 40 minutes to speak with a manager over the phone, I have decided not to return to this location. The KFC in the area is starting to look like a better option.

This restaurant has limited seating available. The parking lot is not well-defined and cars tend to park wherever they want.

Usually use drive through service but on this day my family decided to dine in on way home. It was a slow day with few customers so service should have been quick. We made our order and sat down for table service and waited and...waited... Meanwhile we saw endless driveway cars and takeaway clients be served before us. Ten minutes later we got our food but the fries and burgers were cold? Was the food sitting around waiting to be brought out? Are they unable to coordinate to foods for the same time? To their credit they took the items back without question. Disappointed, just because we choose to eat in doesn't mean we want to hang around sitting at the table, its still supposed to be fast food, eat and go.
