The food was excellent, and we felt we received great value for our money due to the generous portions. However, I do have one complaint. I waited outside for 25 minutes for them to call me in (they had promised a 15-minute wait) to pick up my order. When I finally decided to go inside and wait in line at the cashier, I discovered that my order had been sitting there the whole time. Next time, I think I’ll disregard their request to wait outside to ensure I get my fries hot. Alternatively, they could consider lining the containers with foil to keep the food warm while we wait. Despite this issue, we will definitely be returning.

First-time visit. The food was tasty and served hot. Just a tip: if they tell you it’ll take 20 minutes, I recommend going back inside in about 19 minutes. In my opinion, fish doesn’t taste great when it’s cold.

The two pieces of Grouper and one piece of Tilapia were hot and absolutely delicious!

The food was great! I am not sure what seasoning they use but it was so good. The cashiers were friendly. No eating inside right now. You place your order then wait in the car till they call you.

Came in on Monday Jan 4, and will be coming back! Had some delicious catfish the batter is amazing btw! Good customer service and overall great experience.
