Meakan Japanese Sushi Steakhouse

I am a bit picky when it comes to Chinese food, having grown up in New York and having high standards for food in general. We decided to try this place after reading positive reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of vegetables. While some dishes were a bit saucy for my taste, everything was still yummy. I had the Hunan and broccoli combo, while my husband had the orange chicken combo and enjoyed it. We also ordered a crab rangoon that was incredibly tasty, fresh, and made perfectly. It reminded me of dining in New York.

This is our go-to sushi restaurant. They also serve the best fried rice I have ever tasted. There are plenty of other delicious options on their menu, but I believe it's best to experience it for yourself with a visit. It's really fantastic!

The dining experience was subpar. The hibachi steak, which should have been cooked to a medium doneness, was overcooked to the point where it was difficult to even cut with a fork in some pieces. The portion size was also small, with less than 6 ounces of meat. The salad served was plain and drowned in a thin dressing. On the positive side, the waitress was very friendly when she was present.

Beautiful environment. friendly staff. my only problem is that the server part of my order is wrong and offered to replace it without taking it away. then, when my friend took this and ate him, they invite him for the wrong part. eating was very good. I would recommend this place; Just make sure they are clear what they order.

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant I've been to in Warner Robins. Sushi was on point. Steak from hibachi was not all dried out or tough. Like papa John's says better ingredients better pizza (food in general) Definitely recommend.
