Barberitos Warner Robins

I really enjoyed my dinner at Cantina. The food was excellent, and the bartenders were fantastic. It can get a bit noisy with customers on Fridays, but overall it’s a wonderful place to dine.

I had no reception to check anything because they mentioned the signal was weak, and I assumed the same applied to the connected printer. After leaving, everything seemed fine. However, shortly after, I received a notification that my card had been charged $14.74. I double-checked and saw that the charge was indeed $14. I looked online to verify the price with guacamole, and it was indeed $12.23—my original price. When I reviewed the charge, I noticed she had also included a 20% tip without allowing me to confirm it first. At that moment, I didn’t think too much of it, but finding out that I was overcharged is unacceptable. I called customer service and am currently awaiting a response. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this restaurant; I’ve encountered rude employees and dirty premises before, and my concerns have gone unaddressed. However, having my money taken unlawfully is the last straw. I will ensure that everyone I know is made aware of this incident to avoid a similar experience. I recommend dining elsewhere.

It was pretty good. With the free side of the chips that comes with the meal, you don't have to order anything too big. I ordered the big spicy chicken quesadilla and that was too much. I like the fact that you can customize your order, but you like it.

This was our first time eating at Barberitos. Food is decent....when it's right. We placed a fairly large order online and went to pick it up. The order was supposed to be ready in 30 mins. We spent about 45 mins extra waiting. They still didn't give us all our food. We had to go back inside. Husband spoke to the cashier who was friendly and helpful. Someone from the back (inappropriately dressed) come out and snatched the reciept and rolled his eyes. We will not be returning....the quality of food does not outweigh the unprofessional attitude of the employee. Just left a sour taste in our mouth.

Definitely won?t be coming back, not to this location anyway. It?s gotten progressively worse every time I?ve been here. I try to look at the positives in everything but it was really hard here. The staff moved at the speed of molasses and wasn?t exactly friendly. When I saw the guy scoop the chicken out, knew I had made a mistake. It looked like it had been put into a blender with water. Literally dripping water, not juice, as he scooped it out. Burrito was meh. Chips were stale to the point of being chewy. And even the cheese dip sucked (how you screw up cheese dip I have no idea). And all for the low low price of $30 for 2 people.
