Chipotle Mexican Grill - Warminster

I ordered the chips and guac. They were out of chips, so just sent guac without asking me. I also ordered a salad and they didnt include the dressing. Horrible experience. The old location in Warrington was so much better.

My tacos werent good this time. The taco shells were very soggy. The ingredients were all over the place. I threw out one of the shells because it couldnt be saved. I used a spoon to scoop up the messy insides and tried to make 2 tacos. The flavor was okay but the meal was unappetizing. Ill wait a while before ordering this again.

So tired to go to Chipotle and get another part than when I order pickup. CONSISTENT. Ordered pickup today and it was missing toppings and the part was 1/3 of the bowl. If I pay for a whole bowl, I want to get a FULL BOWL. Try to complain about the app and it would not accept my request. When I order personally, the portions are always good, but pickup is terrible and especially at this point. I want my money back for the food I didn't get.

3 hours until closing and they're out of chips and guac. fridge of drinks is half empty. Manager needs to get her act together. And the tables are gross, I guess because they used a rag from the toilet to wipe them down. Edit: online only ordering is nonsense, why can't I just tell them what I want instead of making yet another account? Other locations have in person ordering so why not here? What a joke this place is. Edit: 6 months later and they're still a joke, they went online order only, but still kept serving off the line, oh and were late with my order. Also the line was totally gross. Edit again: I was curious to see how they're doing. A year after the previous edit and they are still trash, digital only, etc. Ok, never coming back here again, I see other reviewers agree with me

Tonight my friends and I wanted to enjoy some Chipotle. We placed an order around 8:20pm, as it says that the store is open until 10pm tonight. There was no issue until we picked up the food. We ordered 2 kids tacos: one had chicken, cheese, and rice; the other had guac, rice, and lettuce. When we received this order, it was 2 chicken tacos. Though this normally would not be an issue, my friend is vegan and cannot eat chicken. At 8:51 we went back to store to tell them about the mix up and the doors were locked. We tried to knock on the door, and the workers did not answer. I would understand if it was closer to 10pm, as it says in the internet, but this is a full hour before it says they are closing. There is a lack of communication, and it is frustrating for my friend who now cannot eat. We also tried to call the store and could not reach an actual person.
