Billy's Fish N Chips - WARILLA

The customer service at this restaurant is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's disorganized and rude, with staff seeming more interested in their personal conversations than in providing a good experience for customers. While the fish is good, the hit-or-miss service can leave guests feeling like an inconvenience. As a regular customer, I was disappointed to find the restaurant closed one Sunday without any notice or apology. In today's competitive climate, that kind of oversight can drive customers to seek alternatives and damage your reputation. In summary, there's a need for a stronger emphasis on customer service, organization, and consistency. You offer a quality product, but to keep customers coming back and being loyal, you need to enhance the overall experience, especially given the fierce competition out there.

Excellent customer service, quick service, friendly staff, great prices, and overall delicious food. I would highly recommend it and definitely return! 10/10!

The grilled fish was quite tasty, but the battered fish was unappealing, and the chips were undercooked.
