The Horse Groom - Wareham

Truly amazing!!! Very helpful staff and were very welcoming of us. Menu was very varied even though it was stripped back due to Covid. Well priced food and drinks plus they stocked Purbeck cider which is a winner for me. The Mrs had lasagne which was fresh and tasty and the boy had kids fresh battered fish and chips, all sublime.

Very good food, well kept beer. Nice friendly staff. Very happy to recommend.

I visited The Horse and Groom for the first time on Friday, June 17, 2022. The young man who served behind the bar was very welcoming, and the food was delicious and offered excellent value for money. I would gladly recommend this pub to anyone visiting Wareham. I stopped by while I was living in Southampton and had previously visited Wareham.

The building has a lovely charm that really captures the essence of a traditional pub. They offer a great selection of cask ales, and the food we ordered was delicious. Overall, a great experience!
