Cynful Smokers Bbq - Wapello

Pretty good BBQ for a small town joint. I wish the sides were a bit larger but the flavor was spot on. Be patient with the staff because they do get busy at times.

My neighbors hosted a barn party and it was a blast. Cynful Smokers Did pulled pork , beans , and brisket. It was amazing and so was the party. Since then I have followed them on several occasions including Bbq blues fest in North Liberty. Keep smoking and living the dream!

They were at the North Liberty BBQ and Blues festival. I ordered the brisket and beans with a half rack of ribs. I ended up with pulled pork instead of brisket and thus was overcharged $2 for what I didn 't want. I didn 't really pay attention until I walked back to my seat and by then I figured it was too late. On top of that, the pulled pork was unremarkable in every way. I loaded my sandwich with fiery sauce and barely tasted it. Worst of all, the bottom bun was completely soggy and impossible to eat as a closed face sandwich. So, now I 'm eating the sandwich I didn 't want with a spoon. The beans were fine and the kids said ribs were good, but they don 't get points for getting something correct and good.
