Paid $5 plus extra charge for soy and got a half emptied froth cup. No customer Services and rude owner and staff

I’ve been having coffee here for a year or two, had to ask if they had a loyalty card just recently and I was given one, although they know me well. I now notice , because of the low customer flow, the state of the tables and chairs. They are sticky, broken, wobbly and unclean. I’ve seen the chef take a napkin to blow his nose and not clean his hands before continuing service. The meals are overpriced for ordinary product. If you charge top dollar you should get something better than you can make at home. Dirty,overpriced for the quality and not satisfying.

I stopped by for lunch and chai. The chai was just warm milk and the food was mediocre. I most likely won't return to this restaurant.

Always a good meal. Plenty to choose from the menu. Whether it's only coffee and cakes to a delicious lunch. It's good to know that all the restaurant's meals are the same in Melbourne or Brisbane.

First time visit. Comfortable, Staff very pleasant,Service good. Lovely cakes. Hot Pot of great quality Tea .
