Dunkin' - Wantagh

I?m not one for leaving bad reviews but i literally found a used piece of paper towel in my drink. when asked for a new drink i was told it?s ?just a paper towel? and was laughed at

They sent nice but I came by on Wednesday evening at 9:45pm they were already closed ????????

Ever since the two competent employees left, this restaurant has become very disappointing. The floors are always dirty and the staff at the register are incompetent. The manager doesn't seem to care about improving things. Five years ago, this Dunkin' Donuts was great, but now I'd rather go to Starbucks and pay more than come here. Last month, I ordered frosted donuts and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. Overall, it's a filthy and unpleasant place to visit.

I will not return to this restaurant. A customer was upset because she ordered a cake two weeks ago and it was never made, even though she spent a lot of money on it. The staff seemed nervous, and the girl who took my order kept making mistakes with the register. When she made my drink, she asked if it looked right. I suggested she shake it a bit, and when I tasted it, I noticed there was a lot of matcha in it. The girl seemed to be waiting for me to say I liked it, but I just said it was fine. When I asked about the bagel I ordered, she realized she had forgotten about it and made it half-cooked. It was clear that the staff were distracted by the upset customer, but it's important to hire workers who know how to do their job properly.

The staff is okay, but the coffee often tastes burnt and the baked goods are not good. The donuts and muffins usually taste stale. They frequently run out of muffins. Even though it's only 2 minutes away from my house, I now drive past it and go to the one in Bellmore.
