Fuhong Beef Noodles - Wanhua District

Very good Niu rou mian in an unassuming road side stall. the beef brisket was so tender, and the broth was very fragrant. The noodles were amazing too, very chewy and can tell that it’s handmade. Also, the cucumber slapped. With every bowl of noodle, you can get 1 packet of your choice of drink/soft drink.

Good value for the price with free soda if you eat in. The noodles have a good chew and texture, and portion size is good as well. The flavours are pretty decent as well.

A no frills, economical local beef noodle eatery. Be prepared to share tables during peak hours. Most order the beef noodles here serving js larger than usual taiwan standards. You can choose thin or broad style noodles, and can also free to jazz up the dish with the various condiments on table. Worth a try for a quick meal if you are in the area!

Came across this place by recommendation. The boss lady is super nice and friendly. Delicious beef noodle soup and small dishes to choose from. The price is unbeatable plus we saw other customers keep adding soup and free soda to enjoy. Definitely a great place and I highly recommend.

My favorite beef noodle in Taipei. The beef is very tender, and the soup is very flavorful. I recommend adding the orange oil into the soup to enhance the flavor. They also have chili oil for those who like it spicy. They have two options for noodle: thick and thin. I personally like the thick one. There are 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. I would say that small is good for kids, and medium is just enough for adults. Drinks are free, and it is self service and they have a few options to choose from. The owner was very friendly and tried to communicate with us in English. Would always come back to this place for beef noodle!
