A. K.12 Měi Shì Xiǎo Guǎn

Trendy spot for good apps, burgers and pastas. It is located on the second floor. Cash only. And the ordering is all done using a QR code on your phone. Staff was friendly and a few of them spoke English. The alcoholic beverages were available as doubles which seemed surprisingly hard to find in Taiwan. Overall a good find in a popular area.

First, the positive. Had a craving for BBQ Ribs. I got to AK12, ordered the Ribs and set my expectations low. To my surprise, the ribs were slightly better than I expected. Much more tender and soft than typical American BBQ. Fall off the bone. My guess is it’s just baked and not finished off on the grill. Wedges were ok. Outside batter was good, little hard (maybe undercooked) in the center but still edible.

Very well made beef burger. I inhaled the whole thing like it was an eating contest lol. Their onion ring is freshly fried too, but the batter comes off too easily from the onions. Still tasted great though!

The food is super good... But I felt it was a little expensive for what is actually given, furthermore, I ordered the spicy burger, but this was hell levels of spice (so good) but don't know if everyone would like it

The place offers free water and free refills on your drink. The bacon burger was nice, and the service was quick. Also fairly priced
