Awesome place, second time I have been here, the service is awesome the food is grand and the cocktails aka punjabi mule is gorgeous. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go back, one of the best indian restaurants I have been to in a long time..

A castle complete with moat, serving the most incredible curry I've had in my life, with an absolutely gorgeous atmosphere: photos/paintings of beautiful Indian men and women, piano, cocktail bar, gold/copper cutlery cups. Staff are lovely, patient, accommodating. Can not recommend more highly

We moved to Whanganui eight years ago and have always said we needed to try this restaurant, but we never got around to it. Today, with family friends visiting from Auckland, we decided to finally give it a go. We were all incredibly impressed! The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the food is absolutely exceptional. The hospitality from the owner and staff was wonderful. Thank you for this delightful dining experience!
