Knot Pretzels - Wandsworth

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, but the managers were unfriendly and unhelpful. The coffee was weak, and the food was served cold and lacking in flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not return.

The ladies who work here are lovely. Great fresh coffee and amazing warm cinnamon buns the pretzels also look super tasty but I’ll have to try them next time!

I stopped by The Knot because the smell was enticing. I was amazed by the variety of pretzels they offered, which I had never seen before. I inquired about adding honey to my black coffee, and the person serving me happily obliged. I ordered the cheese and onion pretzel, which was prepared fresh and served warm. Along with my coffee, I was given a jar of honey to enjoy. The service was excellent, and I sat at the station savoring my delicious pretzel, with perfectly cooked onions. I must say, the best parts were at the bottom of the bag. This unexpected experience left me very impressed, and the service was top-notch. Thank you.

Coffee is so good, pretzels so warm and SO DELICIOUS! This is how pretzels are supposed to be. Me and gf were changing trains at CJ so she had a hot chocolate and a regular cinnamon pretzel and I had a soya caramel latte and a vegan cinnamon pretzel and IT WAS AMAZING. She finished her hot chocolate before our train even arrived and we both ate our pretzels with ravenous pretzel awe. So good, so soft, such delectable cinnamon sugar. Will always go back. ‍
