Holy Cow Fine Indian Food - Wandsworth

Loved my meal, i had paneer cheese main, naan, aloo farsi and lamb samosas. Really tasty, recommended!

I used an Uber Eats promotion and received a approximately 60% off discount. The food was delivered in just 40 minutes after placing the order! I ordered chicken biryani and lamb curry. The food was delicious, extremely hot, perfectly cooked, and bursting with amazing flavors. The generous portion of meat was a pleasant surprise, and the complimentary poppadoms were a nice touch. This was truly the best Indian meal I have ever had, whether dining in or getting takeaway.

We went to this restaurant as a group of 5 and shared 5 starters before each ordering our own main dish. The starters were all delicious and left us looking forward to our mains. However, the mains were not as satisfying. My dish, which was supposed to be mild, turned out to be spicier than my brother's dish, which was supposed to be medium. His dish, a creamy prawn dish, resembled more of a carbonara than a curry. The service was also subpar. The waiters were quick to disappear before we could even finish ordering drinks, and no one checked on us to see if our food was okay. Additionally, the staff came off as unfriendly at times. Overall, we were expecting a more upscale Indian dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations.

I was a little concerned having read several poor reviews but I needn't have worried. We were given a friendly welcome, excellent service and very good food. We'll definitely be back.

Upon perusing the menu, my initial response was one of letdown, but I couldn't have been more mistaken. Every dish we selected was truly outstanding, as was the quality of service. The atmosphere was delightful, allowing for comfortable conversation.
