Wallan Central Pizza - Wandong

Pizza's have always been delicious, always a great range of options and great amount of toppings unlike other places i have been.

Ordered pizzas to be delivered only minutes away. Got told it would be approx hr. After an hour and a half, I rang to find out where our pizzas were and were advised that they were ten minutes away. After hrs,...rang again to find out where they were with same answer again. Got told straight up from the Manager: WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY!!!!!. Unbelievable response waiting hrs for food that we were told they were not busy at the time of order. No apology or nothing from the Manager and our order arrived hrs from original time of order. Kids missed out as at this point , it was way past there bedtime so please do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place.

Ordered pizza's half half repeated the order three times i understand with the owner or head pizza man order was very wrong pizza average will never order from this place again.

We have been ordering pizza from this store for more than five years. The quality has been good to very good in the past. We have also given good reviews in the past. Basically, we have never had a bad pizza from here. So, what...happened with our order today was a surprise. Both pizzas were terrible. The bases on both are dry and rubbery. Both have very thin sauce base. The barbaque base looks, and tastes like tomato, but is so thin, you can't tell..! Neither were really edible. What is more surprising is that we have never had anything like this before from this store previously. When we rang up to complain.. we were advised if they were remade that they would be the same! So settled for refund. It is really sad, as we really liked this stores pizza. This may be just a once off, but we will be reluctant to return due to this experience.

Pizza was cold and over over cooked, topping were old and the overall pizza tasted like cardboard. Not only was the pizza terrible, cockroaches were spotted and the costumer service was absolutely appalling. Never returning to this store again I recommend that’s no one else...does either.
