I'm not upset here. I eat a lot of fried chicken from everywhere. Canada, states and even Korean fried chicken (in Korea). But this chicken... Unfortunately, do not really choose which part of the chicken you get when you order 1/8 of a chicken and I have the breast, my least favorite part, but also then... DARNIT IT WAS TENDER! It was as delicate as brown meat. It never happens! We also ordered a pollen a la parilla, which was also breast meat and GOSH DARNET it was the tenderest chicken I ever had. In addition, it had this delicious charred taste. Look, maybe not be chicken and it's actually a strange secret Peruvian bird, but I don't care, its just toooo good!
