Erik's Cove - Walvis Bay

The location of the restaurant was excellent. It was my first time there, and the young lady who assisted us was terrible. She had no knowledge about the food being served and mentioned it was just her holiday job, which was why she didn't know anything. While we waited for our food, we walked up to the jetty. After 45 to 50 minutes, we had to send our waiter from the jetty to come and collect our order as it still wasn't ready. After an hour and 15 minutes since we placed our order, I had to go myself to inquire about the status, but it still wasn't done. I was very unhappy at this point, mainly because of the waiter's poor communication and unprofessionalism. I was too upset to ask for the manager, so I waited for the food and then left. However, the food itself was good, including the burgers, steak, and garlic snails. The service and long wait were the only downsides. Next time, I might consider calling and ordering beforehand so that I only have to drive there after an hour.

It was a wonderful gathering with tasty pizza and beautiful cocktails.

The thin crust pizza at this restaurant is excellent, and they also offer a great selection of beer in a fun atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and fun, but be prepared for the food to come out a bit slow. Make sure to plan accordingly!
