Harbour Lights - Walton-on-the-Naze

Went many times in the summer and couldn’t fault it and wouldn’t have hesitated to recommend it! However, I went recently, the service was not up to the standards of a few months ago. What on earth has caused a massive change in a negative way? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience, I ordered the carbonara,when it came it was very dry,stuck together and very bland.i think my 8 year old grandson could have done better,there wasn't any parmesan and overall unacceptable it also wasn't very professional with hand written menu's on scrap paper,it's such a shame as the venue itself is stunning. We were told the Carvery was ready by the under manager, when we got there, there was no meat apart from beef and gammon scraps which were really dry. There was no turkey whatsoever and when I spoke to the lady serving, I said you can 't expect us to eat dry scraps and she said you should 've booked earlier this was 2:15pm!
