Starbucks - Waltham

I really enjoy the variety of options available here, and the drinks are incredibly tasty and refreshing. However, recently their operating hours have been quite inconsistent.

Thanks Starbucks for the curdled cream! The picture I am posting is when I removed the ice cubes left to make sure what I was seeing was correct... how do you miss this when you're making coffee?????? Unacceptable. Not sure what has been going on, but for the last several years, all their stores have been going down hill.

Today I got a venti mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, an impossible sandwich, and the berry trio parfait. Delicious! The store was very busy when I went in but everyone was so kind and quick.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I asked the cashier for a refill on my drink, she responded in a rude tone, saying it couldn't be done because I had purchased it at 9:30 AM and it was now 11 AM. Additionally, she seemed irritated when I tried to use my reward stars. It's unfortunate to see how this place has declined in recent years; it feels like Starbucks has lowered their standards for customer service.

Skill Set or Scam? Things are getting worse. When you order a vanilla tea, you barely receive a full cup! The morning staff—who were not working today, November 9, 2022, at 5:30 AM—knows how to fill a coffee cup properly instead of just giving you half a cup of foam! If you visit six times a week, you’re only getting what you paid for twice. You can tell from the staff's demeanor that there seems to be a lack of motivation, possibly due to management. Everyone just seems indifferent. I can point out exactly who your A+ team is. I'm not criticizing the other employees, but you all need to get it together.
