John Brewer Tavern Waltham

This restaurant is amazing. I love ordering the chicken wings or hamburgers here. They have an extensive menu and a great selection of drinks. The dining atmosphere is pleasant, and the service and food are both high quality. I highly recommend it!

The nachos were tasty, but the cheese was only on the top layer. The service was good, and there was plenty of parking available. They offer beer pitchers, and the food overall was enjoyable. The prices are reasonable too.

A colonial gem! I definitely plan to return. It's not often that I feel compelled to recommend a restaurant to someone reading a review right away, but this place is an exception. You get to enjoy a historical atmosphere along with delicious American comfort food. I give it a 10/10!

Found this place while working out of town. Staff was pretty nice, and quick to greet. Food was decent. Cooked well, even though the server made the wrong burger, he quickly fixed the issue.

JB’s has been here a while and is pretty good. It’s like most pub style restaurants. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Wednesday is $5 burger night so that’s a nice option. Lots of different beers on tap and mine was always delivered to the table ice cold. It’s not food related but I love the historical pictures of Waltham and it’s old businesses that are hanging throughout the restaurant. I will definitely be back again with friend for more beers and burgers.
