The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional and incredibly quick.

Breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, but they still need to work on staff training. Employees seem not to know what the donut varieties are, or aren't listening to orders. Gotten the wrong kind.

This Dunkin Donuts may not offer the same items as other locations and may not always have new or seasonal specials. Online orders can be placed through the GrubHub app by selecting Brandeis University. The restaurant is located in the food court area of the university's student center. Non-university students are also welcome to make purchases at the register.
