Chipotle Mexican Grill - Waltham

My friend and I ordered two bowls. the portions were perfect! tasteful. also the employees were friendly, organized, impressive fast and had great teamwork. I don't even write reviews for location, but I liked this place

This chipotle is very busy during the lunchtime, so they must have some patient in this time. all employees work very hard and provide good service.

This the second time that I order online for the collection. I had to wait at least 40 minutes after the time it says to pick up. I could see if there was a lack of coworkers, but they had 5 employees at the pick-up station. make them please one and try another location or just walkin, as there was literally no line. the photo I have attached is alllll the people waiting and tons more people behind the photo.

The food is fine. Pretty decent but unnecessarily more expensive then the other burrito places in the area. 11.40 for chicken burrito and guac. 13.10 if you want queso on that. Nah bruh

8pm on the 20th, 25 minute wait on the online preorder (15 mins prior, so 40 mins total). Sticker on the top cover had my order but they got it messed up, not the first time happening but now couldn't help but write a review. Now I'm eating and crying.
