I was recently in the Springfield area and I was starving. I needed something fast but preferably healthy. I was so happy to see that an Ume Grill had opened up on this side of town. I ordered the vegetarian pot stickers and two onigiri. I didn't mean to eat everything in the car on the drive home, but I couldn't resist that amazing tasty smell. The potstickers were great. Also the perfect driving food if you don't attempt to dip them in anything. The garlic onigiri was also very good. Unfortunately, the tofu one fell apart almost immediately, so the eating experience was not great but the flavors were still on point. The service was so nice and friendly too! Very personably and genuine. I wish they were here a few years back when I use to work in the area. I would have been here everyday for lunch. But I am happy to know that they are there now for when I an ever in the area.
