Smoothie King - Walterhill

Stopped at location at 8:37pm to get 2 smoothies. I was told they had already cleaned everything and they refused to serve me. While being told this 3 other customers came as well and we were all turned away. In my opinion not very good customer service or business practice. We ended up going to another smoothie place and were served with no problem!

Horrible service and they can't get my shake right half the time. I was discriminated against and told I intimidate employees. I'm very offended and wished they'd hire adults. I usually get laughed at by the employees because they hide in the back cracking jokes instead of being upfront making shakes. Thinking of calling corporate.

The service is always terrible and slow which is why I don't visit often, but I was discriminated against and was told that I intimidate the employees and not welcomed anymore. I admit that I am a big person, but there is no reason to laugh and smirk at me when I come in there to spend my hard earned money. Perhaps I should litigate.

WISH A ZERO STAR WAS AVAILABLE FOR THIS LOCATION VERY DISCRIMINATORY AND NOT TO MENTION THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

So, I ordered on the app to save time because every time I've ever been to this location the service sucks and their speed is laughable. I don't think anyone that I have ever been waited on by had any type of personality, least of all an accommodating one. I don't feel like a customer when I come here. I wish there was a better option, but after today, I won't be back. I work too hard for my money to spend $10 on a terrible experience.
