Smoothie King - Walterhill

I ordered inside not realizing there was a drive thru. The worker bees were very busy with the drive thru customers. I was not greeted upon entering. No other customers inside but me. The worker bee who made my smoothie was nice. The worker bee who took my payment was not too friendly. Unsure if it was just a bad day or what was going on. Or hey this could be why it’s best to use the drive thru!

I bought a shaker bottle here. It had a small crack and leaked. The store would not exchange it. Smoothies are fine.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for a while, but not after today. Today they’re supposed to be offering FREE immune booster due to the virus. She made it clear that she was not aware at all after charging us for it and giving attitude about not wanting to refund us $2. Not really a big deal until she acted VERY unprofessional. We have had issues with the same blonde girl with blue tips in the past. I will no longer go to a smoothie king that hires extremely rude and arrogant people.
