Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip (jackson, Tn)

The girl working the counter was very nice. Definitely needs better training on how to make coffee specifically hot coffee/lattes. It wasn’t very clean on the inside when we walked in there was trash in the walk way and the counter space was cluttered.

Had a nice experience with both service and food at Nestle’ Toll House Cafe’ last night. We wanted some dessert and this was on the way home, so made it an easy stop. We both decided to have cookies and ice cream, so went with the cookie ice cream sandwich. My friend had a mix of chocolate chip and double fudge cookies with pecan praline ice cream, and I had a peanut butter and peanut butter M&M cookie with vanilla ice cream in between. Placed order online, hour later drove to opposite end of town to pick it up and it was not ready. Told it would be hour to make it. No apology. Now I will just go to Crumbl Cookies

The owner is very nice and helpful when we called to make sure that specific type of cookie that we loved was already baked.
