Zach Harris, the manager is super hard working and was honestly the most helpful person. I couldn’t decide on a couple sandwiches or some chili fries. He talked me through how they were prepared and I finally made my decision on the Chilli fries!! This man needs a raise!! Hardworking men are hard to find these days! Thanks for making our decision easy man.

Every single thing we ordered was wrong I called and ask the manager to atleast give me a refund considering we are traveling through and couldn’t come back but she rudely refused saying she made the order correctly.. number one plain with cheese only bad onions and pickles chicks add cheese no cheese junkyard fries no ranch no chili.. but these items were made correctly. Every time we go here the bread on the burgers are hard and the burgers are luke warm. I guess where they’ve been made and sat forever. What happened to the soft fresh buns that Krystal’s always had. The last several times it’s been the same. We always eat in the later evening time. Do they not fix fresh food in the evenings? Maybe we can find another restaurant that does.

Service with a smile and very helpful but meat was soggy if I could call it that bun was soaked in what clearly water like juice from the meat sitting in its own juices (highly doubt it meat was flavorless) but super soaked in the substance rubbery?onions? And yes another water soaked item the pickle like how does a pickle taste like it’s been sitting in water not vinegar? And where was the mustard?
