Bruegger's Bagels - Walterhill

Ordered food with my friend and went outside to eat. It starts pouring down rain so we go inside and are told that we must leave because customers are not allowed to “hang around.” and that you have to leave after you pick up your food. Um WHAT is going on??? So we had to go back outside in the pouring rain. Big fail on the CS.

I cannot believe the service here. Walked in to grab two dozen bagels to go and was instantly met with a terrible attitude from the guy at the front. Half way considering leaving, I asked for the first dozen and he starts yelling at the guy in the back, obnoxious and unprofessional. Then I ask for the second dozen and he says “yeah, that's going to be a problem. I can't let you clean me out” in the most rude way imaginable. Dimly lit and rather dirty. I wouldn't want to eat inside.

No dine-in service even though your website indicates the opposite. There is room inside, booths and tables but customers cannot use them.

10/10 highly recommend. Delicious bagels. ️I will be coming back.
