Order number 28176481366802433: Unfortunately, the food I ordered was not to my liking. I returned the food on July 13, 2024, and received a full refund. However, I would like to commend the two employees I interacted with—a young man and woman—who provided excellent customer service and were very friendly.

First of all, I want to commend the young man at the window for his politeness; it was truly appreciated. The food was tasty, but the piece of chicken I received was no larger than my thumb. Come on, Captain, you can do better than that! Overall, it's not a bad spot to grab a bite to eat.

The food was hot and delicious, and the staff were friendly. However, the condition of the restrooms and dining area was truly appalling. The men's restroom was overflowing, and when I inquired, the employee mentioned that the door wouldn’t lock—couldn’t they just put up an "Out of Service" sign? The women's restroom didn’t flush, there were no paper towels available, and the soap was a very watered-down old pump. Does this mean the workers aren’t washing their hands? The floors, walls, and tables were all filthy. If they improve the cleanliness, we would definitely consider returning.

Their fish and okra is always good . I don't know about the other entrees. The only thing is there is usually a good wait time but, food is fresh.

I decided to tyr them again no silverware no sauce of any sort 3 peices of cat fish 1 small cole slaw 2 hush puppies a spoon of rice . we have to do better How ever General Manger very nice
