The staff at the restaurant were incredibly welcoming, and were more than helpful when I asked for clarification on menu choices. They were knowledgeable, and helped to point out vegan friendly meals and craft other options to make them suitable to my diet. While the menu isn't the most adventurous, the food is without complaint. I'd recommend visiting Vines Restaurant if you are looking to have a lunch in a warm and relaxing environment.

We went to the Vine for lunch last week having been a few times before. The place is bright and clean, the waitress polite and friendly. I was very impressed by the presentation and size of the breakfast brunch. One of the best I have had. Thank you to all concerned we will be back.

Been here loads of times and have always had excellent service food in clean, calm, comfortable environment. Always book a Christmas. meal with colleagues from work too and go back year after year. Very good selection on menu to meet all tastes.. Can't fault it. Highly recommended. No alcohol allowed but not a problem as long as,you are aware, does not pose a problem.

Been on many occasions for breakfast mainly. Today was the worst. 4 meals served and the 5th meal was 10 minutes later. Ordered onion rings but didn't get them. Ordered a special which comes with a drink but not even asked if I would like tea or coffee. When we asked the waitress she said we had to ask her???? I'm not doing your job for you. Normally a great place but after today we will not be returning. And lastly please teach your chefs how to fry and serve eggs properly. Overdone eggs should be served at customers request not on all plates.....
